Place an order ~ How to order

When we receive your order we will create an "image" for your approval and send to you via email along with the final price quote.  This is so you can see your letters together and change any that you'd like.  We want you to be 100% happy with the letters you've chosen and how they look together.

Shipping will be included in the final price quote and varies depending upon where we are shipping to and how many items are ordered.  Shipping generally has been in the $16.00 - $18.00.  Shipping on multiple items may be higher.  Shipping costs on orders outside the continental United States may be higher. 

Once you approve your picture letters and final price quote, we will bill you and ship your order within 5-7 days upon payment.

Payment by PayPal, check, or money order are accepted.

We offer a 20% discount on 2 or more keepsakes ordered at the same time and going to one address.
